S-TEAM was founded in 1990 by a group of scientists from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. The company initially specialized in the research and development of advanced microwave measurement techniques. Today our activities are focused on high power microwave instrumentation used in many applications such as heating, drying, curing, vulcanization and plasma generation for PCVD processes used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. Our product range includes products designed for all ISM bands. We are proud to serve markets all over the world.
