Process containers (bubblers) for precursors and dopants: Media: TCS, SiCl4, GeCl4, POCl3, TMA.
Our family business has over 70 years of industrial experience. We manufacture 100% in Germany with dished bottom from our own production. Our type series are available from 0.05 to 1,500 liters.
