Applications exposed on LIMATA equipment include standard (MLB) and advanced (HDI/ICS) rigid and flexible printed circuit boards, as well as direct imaging of semiconductors (wafers / packaging), thin-etched metal sheets, and DCBs (direct copper bonded). Limata system solutions also support direct imaging of oversized panels and substrates up to 48" x 110".
