At amcoss components, a business unit of amcoss GmbH, we are renowned for our innovative strength and inventiveness in the field of optical, mechatronic and mechanical components for photolithography, RTP, CVD, EPI, inspection and plasma. When original manufacturers cannot be relied upon, we step in and provide pragmatic and intelligent solutions through our repair, refurbishment and engineering services.
We also offer custom-configured heat exchangers and chillers for heating or cooling processes in microchip production. These can be used as plug-and-play devices directly on the customer's machines and are immediately ready for operation.
