PVA Vision GmbH develops technologies for non-destructive optical testing with a focus on inspecting thin layers in the nanometre range and inspecting surfaces for purity and freedom from contamination. Based on this, metrology system solutions for industrial use and in particular for the semiconductor industry are developed, manufactured and distributed. The system solutions always include a hardware system (VEpioneer^®, VEreveal^®) and a software solution (VEsolve^®).
