The 2D-PL focuses on providing end-to-end prototyping services for the integration of graphene and transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) into established silicon-based platforms.

This European-funded project aims to bring 2D material fabrication closer to industrial readiness by developing and validating processes in a FAB-relevant environment. Its module development is focused on photonic and electronic devices and circuits.

A key offering of the 2D-PL is its Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) service, enabling customers to include their own designs as part of shared wafer runs. This approach reduces cost and time to market while providing access to advanced 2D material technologies. MPW runs are available for both graphene and TMDC-based devices across photonic and electronic applications.
