ATV GmbH is active the automation of test and measurement application, especially in the semiconductor industry. With the help of instruments from well-known partners, we create customer-specific system solutions for packaged components as well as on-wafer. The applications range from the characterization of the smallest currents and voltages in modeling to test applications in the high-voltage and high-current segment for power semiconductors. ATV also develops specific instruments to address new measurement requirements with adapted hardware.
