SCHROEDER + BAUER has been synonymous with precision in stamping and forming technology for over 60 years. Today, we specialize in high-end stamping solutions for crimp and press-fit contacts. From the early stages of product development, we prioritize quality, functionality, and performance. Our in-house toolmaking creates technical highlights with more than 3,000 individual parts. Standard manufacturing tolerances of +/- 0.002 mm ensure the reliability of our stamping tools. All tools are produced in modular design based on the SCHROEDER + BAUER standard. Our automated presses feature advanced control and feed systems. With press forces ranging from 20 to 80 tons, we process material thicknesses of 0.08–2.0 mm and strip widths up to 200 mm.
