EBARA Corp. is pleased to announce the completion of a new development building for its Precision Machinery Company at Fujisawa District in Japan. This new development centre strengthens the development and support capabilities for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
The newly completed building is dedicated to the development of CMP systems. Outfitted with state-of-the-art development and inspection tools plus supported by advanced utility infrastructure, the facility wil enhance EBARA's R & D capabilities, accelerate next-generation product development and strengthen the support for customer innovation.
