Meteor AG, a Swiss company based in Freienbach, canton Schwyz, is involved in the development, manufacture and worldwide distribution of winding machines and winding technology. Other services include product development, as well as spare parts and repairs/overhauls for Meteor winding machines. For automatic production lines, Meteor offers other techniques in addition to the automatic feeding of coil formers and their winding, such as taping, contacting such as soldering or welding, bending and repositioning of contact pins, testing, marking and palletizing.
In addition, Meteor has recently started offering MWM Meteor Winding Monitoring, the first process monitoring for winding processes in winding technology.
