ProShield ESD, a division of SCH Services Ltd, will showcase its next-generation dissipative coating platform and static control materials at Productronica 2025 in Munich — and proudly announces its nomination for the Productronica Innovation Awards 2025.

The ProShield ESD platform features dissipative coatings, engineered films, and advanced surface treatments that control electrostatic discharge (ESD) across critical manufacturing environments. Instead of relying on traditional conductive paints or carbon-loaded materials, ProShield offers precisely controlled surface resistivity (10⁶–10⁹ Ω/sq), long-term stability, and ultra-thin application without altering component geometry.

Applications span PCB assembly, aerospace, defence, medical devices, EV and automotive electronics, where static discharge can damage components or disrupt safety-critical systems.
