ProShield ESD will launch its dissipative packaging and coating technologies at Productronica 2025 — and celebrates being nominated for the Productronica Innovation Awards 2025 in Munich.

Moving beyond traditional conductive boxes and untreated EVA foam, ProShieldESD uses its proprietary dissipative coating platform to convert standard materials — including EVA foam — into fully ESD-safe, controlled-resistivity packaging. This enables recyclable, reusable, and traceable static-safe protection without carbon fillers or metal additives.

Treated EVA foam and engineered substrates achieve stable resistivity in the 10⁶–10⁹ Ω/sq range, supporting circular manufacturing and compliance with IEC 61340 global ESD standards.
