JCAT-CMS is a new robot with metal sleeve that prevents solder-ball and/or flux from scattering.

JCAT-WAVE is another new robot with induction heating technology that quickly heats a soldering point without contact.

We will also demo our iron tip soldering unit “OMEGA” with MODBUS TCP/IP, together with major robot partners.
