For more than 25 years the htt Group has been representing well-known leading manufacturers of systems and consumables for the Semiconductor Industry such as tools for Wafer Fab, Probing, Test, Assembly and Backend.  

htt Group also offers Service, Maintenance, Application & CE-EMC confirmity in its Service Division and  worldwide ‘made in Germany’  OCR Wafer ID Readers in its Wafer Reader Division. The WID120 Wafer ID Reader can even read and decode SiC (silicium carbide) and GaN (gallium nitride) based wafers. 

In addition to sales, maintenance and service based at the company's  headquarter in Munich, the htt Group also has its own probe card production facility in Dresden for Cantilever and Bladetype Probecards and the Probecard Repair Center for MPI Probecards.
