Key technology surface handling

Plasma Parylene Systems GmbH is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13485. We offer surface handling and finishing:

• Parylene coating

transparent, chemically inert, biocompatible Parylene layer, free of pores and conform from approx. 1 µm on substrates.

• Plasma polymere layers

modify the surface characteristics of the treated substrates.

• Plasma treatment

Cleaning and activation of surfaces, ashing and desmearing of  lacquers.

• Plasma Dry

Hereby the applied lacquers are hardened. We offer the following coating versions: anti scratch, anti fog, anti fingerprint, anti static.

We develop, build and distribute coating and plasma systems for coating processes.
