SMD Baltic was founded by a team of experienced electronics manufacturing specialists. We have a total of 160 employees that work in a high-tech production site with area of 3500m2. Each manufacturing process is controlled by trained and IPC-A-610 certified technicians. We have a total of three assembly lines with SPI and AOI machines (the reflow process takes place in convection ovens in nitrogen), two selective machines, PCB X-ray machine and washing machine, selective coating line, climatic chambers, test benches, warehouse X-Ray component counter, MRP system and equipment for cable assembly manufacturing. Due to a high demand, we managed to create a production site that allows us to efficiently solve any problems and produce high-tech products locally.
