technologies, we offer our customers complete solutions, from concept and technology development to pilot
production in our own 200 and 300 mm cleanrooms. Our research focuses on miniaturized sensors and

the field of trustworthy electronics, Fraunhofer IPMS conducts research into trustworthy manufacturing
